| DreamWeaver's Quilts Studio endeavors to ship orders of in stock merchandise within one business day. You will receive notification via email when your order has shipped. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are based on weight and type of service desired. Shipping charges are calculated using real time integration with USPS and UPS, and include any applicable handling fees. Available shipping methods and the associated shipping costs for your order will display on the checkout page once you have entered your shipping address. Domestic Shipping We offer all of the major UPS and USPS delivery methods to domestic addresses. We are proud to provide service to our customers at APO/FPO Military addresses via US Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. Under typical conditions, UPS Ground and USPS First Class and Priority Mail to addresses in the United States will be shipped from our facilities per the following delivery map. Note that orders to APO/FPO addresses or orders to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail (depending on weight) and may take longer to be delivered.  International Shipping We ship to all countries serviced by USPS and UPS. We offer the following international services, based on availability for your area and your choice at checkout:
Sales Tax Sales tax of 6.5% to 7.75% is included for Nevada residents only, depending on the delivery county and zip code. Payment Methods We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks through PayPal. Orders can be placed online. Privacy Policy All customer information is confidential and secured. We do not share your information with any outside parties. Return Policy We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy for any items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for all returns. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Returns that are not in resalable condition will not be refunded. Please package the item(s) securely, include the original packing list, and return the insured package via common carrier to: DreamWeaver's Quilts Studio Returns Department 807 Airport Access Rd., Unit D Traverse City, MI 49686 You will be notified by email when we've received and processed your return. You will receive a refund for the price of the items less any discounts applied to your order minus a 20% restocking fee. |
