Here's how it works: Join the club, and you'll receive your first shipment containing 7 spools of YLI #100 silk thread for only $33.50, plus shipping and handling. That's over 20% off the suggested retail price per spool! Each month thereafter, you'll automatically receive either 5 spools per month for $26 plus S&H (a savings of over 10% off the suggested retail price), or 10 spools per month for $52 plus S&H—no need to place an order every month or keep track of which colors you already have in your collection! Back to FAQ list Each month, you'll automatically receive either 5 or 10 preselected coordinating colors. One month might be reds, another might be blues or pastels. Back to FAQ list To keep your prices low, the monthly sets are preselected and requests for substitutions and/or deletions of certain colors cannot be accepted. When will I receive my shipment each month? Back to FAQ list Shipments are made each month at about the same time during the month that you joined the Silken Stitches Thread club. If your first order ships out on the 15th of the month, subsequent shipments will ship on the 15th of the months following. If you choose to pay by e-check through PayPal, your threads will be shipped as soon as your e-check payment has cleared. How much does shipping cost? What are the total charges every month? Back to FAQ list The first shipment of 7 spools is shipped anywhere in the US for a flat rate of $7.50 and is included in the total fee of $41.00 for the first month of your subscription. After the first month, shipping and handling is a flat rate of $7.00 per month to anywhere in the US for the Regular 5 Spools Plan, and is included in the total monthly subscription rate of $33.00. For the Fast Track 10 Spools Plan, shipping and handling is a flat rate of $10.00 to anywhere in the US, and is included in the total monthly subscription rate of $62.00. International customers: Shipping rates are slightly higher for international locations. Please contact us before subscribing to the Silken Stitches Thread Club and we will customize a plan for you based on your location. Once I subscribe, do I have to accept all the shipments? Please note that if you choose to resubscribe to the Silken Stitches Thread Club after cancellation, shipments will restart with the first shipment, and you will receive duplicate thread colors. Requests to start shipments with a certain month cannot be accommodated. Returns of complete monthly sets (i.e. all 5 spools or all 10 spools in the shipment) are subject to a restocking fee.
